1. Check before use

2. Maintenance precautions

① The term of wire rope has a lot to do with the use of wire rope. Therefore, it should be used in accordance with regulations, no dragging or throwing is allowed, no overloading is allowed during use, no bending of the wire rope is allowed, and no sudden change in lifting speed is allowed to avoid collision.

② When there is rust and ash on the wire rope, please brush the oil with a wire brush.

③ Wire rope is used every 4 months. When applying oil, it is best to soak the rope core with hot oil (about 50 ° C) and wipe away excess grease.

④ After the wire rope is placed correctly, it should be placed in a clean and dry place, and it must not be stacked and stacked to prevent sprains.

⑤ The end of the wire rope is fixed with a wire rope or welded with a low melting point alloy. It can also be tightened with an iron hoop to prevent the rope from loosening.

⑥ In use, if the surface of the wire rope is squeezed, it means that the wire rope has been subjected to considerable force, and it should be stopped at this time. Increase load and check, and replace with new rope if necessary.

⑦ The carrying capacity of the traction wire rope should be 5-8 times the total traction.
